Women make up only30% of AI talent.Let’s find each other.

At Meetup #2, we will look at how AI is used in Czechia and how to divide work between multiple AI agents so they work well together. Barbora Procházková will bring the data, and Katy Šrámková will show two different approaches from her own practice.

Most importantly, you will meet women working with AI in their jobs, just like you.

What does real AI adoption look likein Czech companies?

Barbora Procházková from Inspire & Impact Network will present the AI Pulse Czechia 2026 research. We will look at how Czech companies really use AI, where adoption is moving forward and where teams are still getting stuck.

The research was prepared by the Moderní trh práce working group under the Inspire & Impact Network platform. People could take part regardless of their field or AI experience.

When one AI assistant stops being enough

Katy will start with a situation many people know: you give AI a task and the result still needs corrections and review. Using two applications, she will show how she created two different ways of managing agentic teams.

She will explain everything step by step, and you do not need programming knowledge to follow along.

  • how to assign small, atomic tasks so the result has as few errors as possible
  • why some agents create while others independently verify the result across the application
  • how tickets help Katy and the agents know what is complete and what comes next

Practical questions

What is useful to know before registering.

Do I need to know AI well to attend?

No. Katy will start with a situation many people know and explain everything step by step. You do not need programming knowledge to follow along. During the first networking block, you can meet women with a similar level of experience.

Will I have to introduce myself to the whole room?

No. Introductions happen in pairs and small groups. You do not need to speak in front of the whole room.

Can I bring my child?

Yes. This meetup is mama-friendly. However, independent childcare is not part of the programme.

What language will the meetup be in?

The meetup will naturally combine Czech and Slovak. Everyone can speak the language they feel comfortable using.

What if I register and then cannot attend?

Please reply to the confirmation email as soon as possible. We can then offer the place to another interested person.
