AI agents in practice. From an idea to your own agent, no code.
You know those tasks where you pull information from several places and repeat the same steps again and again? At the workshop we look at when a prompt or an automation is enough – and when it’s worth building your own AI agent.
- No coding
- ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro
- Your own use case is optional
- The workshop is held in Czech
In partnership: Women in AI Prague × Salesforce Women in Tech Prague
From the right use case to an agent that gets something done.
First we sort out when a prompt is enough, when automation fits and when an agent makes sense. Then you try it on a task from your own work.
- 1 · Identify
A real task
Pick a recurring activity that pulls from several sources or takes several steps.
- 2 · Decide
Prompt, automation, or agent?
Break the workflow down and see when an agent would be overkill.
- 3 · Build
Your own agent, on your own task
No code, in ChatGPT or Claude, on something concrete from your work.
- 4 · Extend and test
Tools, data and limits
Add a tool or data and find out what the agent handles alone and where a person stays in the loop.
Your own AI agent, connected to at least one tool or data source.
Run it by hand or automatically, whatever your task needs.
For women who want AI to move from answers to finished work.
For beginners and for those who already use AI tools regularly. What they share: they want to find a workflow in their own work where an agent would really help, and build it without code.
This workshop is for you if you…
- want to find workflows worth handing over to an AI agent,
- want to build an agent without code,
- want to see how to extend an agent with tools, integrations or external data,
- want principles that work beyond one specific platform.
This workshop is not…
- a programming course or a course on coding agents,
- a deep dive into one specific platform,
- focused on one specific profession,
- about multi-agent systems and orchestration.
A laptop, a paid AI tool and the urge to build.
Your own use case is optional. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you find a good one at the workshop.
- Your own laptop. Ideally not a work one – company devices can restrict integrations and access.
- ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro (or a higher plan).
- Basic experience with one of these tools.
- Optionally, your own use case to work on during the workshop.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The workshop doesn’t teach programming or building agents in code. We’ll work in the regular ChatGPT or Claude interface.
Do I need a finished idea for an agent?
No. Your own use case is optional. Part of the workshop is finding a suitable workflow and deciding whether a prompt, an automation or an agent fits best.
Can I work with company data?
Only use data you can safely put into the tool you’ll be working with. Leave sensitive personal data, passwords and non-public company data at home.
Which tools will we use?
ChatGPT or Claude. You need a ChatGPT Plus (or higher) or Claude Pro (or higher) licence and basic experience with one of them.
When and where is it?
Tuesday 13 October 2026, 16:00–20:00, at Budějovická in Prague 4. We’ll email the exact address and practical details to registered participants.
What language is the workshop in?
Czech.
