Registration, age and children
- Only a person aged 18 or over may register independently.
- At a mama-friendly event, a child must remain with a responsible parent or guardian. We do not provide childcare.
- Participation is free. Cancel by replying to the registration email.
- We will announce programme changes or cancellation by email.
Respect and safety
- Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or identity-based attacks are not permitted.
- Unsolicited sales and repeated contact after a refusal are not acceptable.
- Do not disrupt the programme or share another person's confidential conversation.
- The organiser may warn a person, limit participation or ask them to leave.
Photography
- At on-site check-in, tell the team if you do not want to be photographed and use the neutral visible marker provided.
- The photographer respects the marker and we check images again before publication.
- We do not normally use identifiable photos of children.

Reporting a problem
At the event, speak to Kristína or a clearly identified organiser. Afterwards, email the privacy address.
